While getting my new car detailed I was approached by a glass repair representative from safelite. He said I had more then 10 chips in my window and they could replace it. I said no im not interested in paying for replacement until damage is moderate to severe. He said no you don't pay for anything AZ allows under glass laws up to 6 replacements through insurance per year with no effect on premium price. He said lets call your insurance and talk to them, so he pulled out his phone and called USAA and told me to make up a date for the damage so we could find out if it would cost anything. I assumed i had full glass coverage being a leased car but i actually had a 500 dollar deductible on glass so i said never mind i didn't wish to follow through since most windshield replacements cost around that price (exact quote on my car was 520$) she said will it still is going to be a reported claim. frustrated i hung up his phone and left. I later added full glass coverage to my insurance policy incase my glass ever gets cracked severely. My main question is, are they going to consider me for insurance fraud if i have to report my new damage with my full glass coverage? this has left me in a sticky question and i am frustrated with myself for not controlling the situation at the car wash.

I am 17 years old (male) and have just passed my driving test. I was supposed to purchase a 2010 Citroen C1 5 door with a 1.0L engine today but had a look at the insurance first. right i turn 17 next month and was wondering what are the exact procedures into gettin a 125cc derbi gpr...how much insurance would cost...and where can i get cheap insurance...or should i just not get a bike full stop...and if i was to not get a bike...would i jus be able to insure myself on my mums car and use that whenever i like? thanks you sooo much.

Okay. I'm turning 15 soon and in Florida that means getting your permit. My dad said that he won't let me get my permit because he doesn't want to pay for my and my older brothers insurance. Since I really need my permit because my dad and stepmom aren't that sober and I want to get a job and a form of transportation between marching band and my house. He doesn't get that. So What I am asking is where could I get really affordable insurance but not skimp on the coverage. I would be paying for it myself. I also need to find a job. Uhg. HELP! Insurance company trying to low ball estimate?

Back in April I was driving and a lady tried switching lanes and struck my vehicle. I immediately went to an auto body shop and got an estimate for the damage, they took photos and everything. I've been contacting her insurance and dealing with this for over two months... I had to send them the police report because the woman tried lying and said I hit her, so I had to prove she was at fault. They would never return my calls. Until I talked to the field adjuster. He then called me yesterday told me he got the estimate from the body shop which was one of their recommended shops, and was mailing me the check for the damage. However he failed to tell me the check he was sending was for $1000 less than the estimate. I don't agree with this, what do I do? I called and no one will call me back from the company Also, I own my car outright. It's a 2004 tiburon is excellent condition. The insurance company was giving me issues about me wanting the check sent to me. I plan on getting the damages repaired that are necessary but leaving what isn't and keeping the money that's left over. I'm not even making them get me a rental for the time I don't have the car! Please help The company is American family.

Im currently age 22 and on my mothers health care plan and scheduled to get married in October. My question is, will I still be covered on my mothers insurance plan if my future spous has a form of employer insurance that i could be on. This would however kill her monthly take home pay. Shed make 300$ a month for full time job Im self employed and have NO Employer-based insurance opportunities and will still be 22 when married.
